At JNJ we believe that training should be an interactive, uninhibited experience, allowing free thought, discussion and learning.
Occupational Safety and Health issues are critical to every workplace. Unfortunately most companies realize the importance and benefits of good safety and health practices only after an accident has occurred. The lessons learnt from such incidents are often expensive and distressing for any organization. SQS has pledged to enhance the a good workplace safety and health culture in the corporate sector by prompting continual improvement and sharing international bets practices in safety. As an active and ardent proponent of developing the safe work culture SQS has taken initiative to offer MOM accredited training courses.
Our objective is to encourage and develop our training delegate’s confidence, ability and understanding in matters of Health & Safety, in order to deal with workplace issues, arrangements and legal requirements. By adopting this strategy we have earned an enviable reputation as Professional Health & Safety Trainers. The practice is headed and managed by experienced Workplace Safety and Health Professionals.
Our training centre is managed under SQS Management Pte Ltd which is a subsidiary of JnJ Safety Management Pte Ltd, under the leadership of our Managing Director, Mr. Ong Wee Kiat.
In SQS, our mission is to support and assist our clients to meet legal compliance through training and auditing their EHS system. We educate them on embracing their company environmental, health and safety policies, practices and procedures, while adding strategic values to their businesses.
Being an MOM Accredited Training Provider, SQS conducts Workplace Safety and Health courses
under the mandatory requirement. We also conduct in-house and public runs on various customized
training on specific workplace safety and health topics for the clients upon request.
